The Monitor is a local newspaper publisher that reaches many people from across the Helena valley. We were offered to participate in an interview that highlighted a student from the East Helena school district as well as our upcoming trip to the Houston World Championships. Our article reached over 24,000 people!

The Helena Optimist Club (associated with Optimist International) is a local service organization that is dedicated to supporting youth programs. They have been a generous supporter of our team for multiple years. We presented, explaining our designs, outreach projects, and demonstrating our robot. We will also be volunteering at a taco booth they host during Helena's rodeo and fair.

In order to share our mission and reach even more members of our community beyond robotics, we decided to host an open house in our practice space at the Helena Regional Airport. We invited our sister teams, Protostars and Nebula to present alongside us and demonstrate a match on our game field. Over 50 people, including sponsors, business partners, parents, and community members came to this exciting event.

Missoula Robotics Team (MRT) 3216, the first FRC team in Montana, hosted their robot reveal this March and invited FTC teams from across the state to partake in exciting match demonstrations and presentations for the public to enjoy. We participated along with eight other FTC teams, and published an article on the FTC News website for the event.

After qualifying for the World Championships, we reached out to Joey Biancone of KTVH news. KTVH aired a segment about both Fusion and our sister team Nebula (who qualified for the European Premier Event). This segment reached over 10,000 people from across the state of Montana.

Hometown Helena is a local organization of government officials, business leaders, and community members that we presented to previously this season. Recently, we presented for a second time, diving deeper into our team impact and describing our engineering improvements over the season. We received some very amazing questions and positive feedback from many audience members.

We participated in a news interview during the Helena FTC Qualifier with Joey Biancone of KTVH News. We talked about our robot, our season journey, and how FIRST has impacted us. Our interview and match footage were later aired in a news segment that reached over 1,000 people.

Hometown Helena is a local organization of government officials and community business leaders. We presented at one of their meetings this season, advocating for MTRA and robotics programs across the state of Montana.

We presented to nearly 75 community members during the Fall Art Walk, an event showcasing local organizations and artists. We presented our robot and talked about the world of robotics, sparking interest throughout the community.

This year, we took charge of the Helena Regional FLL Qualifier, managing the setup, recruiting volunteers, keeping track of event operations, giving out awards, and tearing down. Members of our team volunteered as scorekeepers, referees, and judges. 18 teams from across the region attended the qualifier on January 24. During the closing ceremony, we presented our robot to over 500 audience members.

We were invited to join two international FIRST conferences, including the Online FIRST Conference and the 3rd annual Global Inclusivity Conference, hosted by team 5773 Ink and Metal. The virtual FIRST conference featured teams from across the world who presented about components of their robot, outreach, or team. We presented and taught about our Mecanum Wheel Drivetrain to all 35 teams in attendance.

This year, we have decided to create a Team Portfolio Template to assist teams with portfolio organization and setup. Our design provides a basic outline and allows for teams to customize it to their needs. We published it to MTRA's website where it can be accessed by teams across the state.
